I grew up in Central Oregon, and I've watched this place transform from quiet high-desert towns into one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the Northwest. When I talk about a neighborhood in Bend or a parcel outside Terrebonne, it's not from a database. It's from growing up here.

I'm not just a broker, I'm an active investor. I own and renovate property myself, which means I understand what it actually feels like to write the earnest money check, manage a renovation budget, and run the numbers on a rental. When I help you evaluate a deal, I'm using the same analysis I use on my own money.

My philosophy is simple: education first, no pressure. Real estate decisions are too big for sales tactics. My job is to make sure you understand the opportunity, the risks, and the numbers, and then help you negotiate the best possible outcome. Most of my business comes from referrals, and that's by design. I'd rather build a client relationship that lasts twenty years than chase one transaction.
